Folders





What can I say about folders? They can be your best friend or your worst enemy. The one thing that you need to know is that if you is that if you accidentally delete a folder in Outlook Express you can recover it IF you do not empty the recycle bin.

So lets make a couple of folders. Once you have Outlook Express open click on File, Folder, then New . When the Create Folder window opens type the name of the folder that you want to create like NMCS then click "OK". Now if you look on the left hand side you should be able to see the folder that you just created.

Now here we may have a problem, if you do not have a window on the left hand side of your Outlook Express then click on View then click on Layout and put a check in "Folder List” and click "OK". Then you will be able to view all of your folders. Now again I want to strongly state when you are deleting email make sure that NONE of the folders on the left hand has been selected. By that I mean that you clicked on the folder then clicked delete. Please read any window that may pop up when you are deleting anything in Outlook Express.
